Wedding Service Plans

Officiant Services - For the couple that needs a Clergy to perform their ceremony.

* Rick Mitchell is an Ordained Minister licensed to perform Marriage Ceremonies in the State of Ohio. Rick will work with the couple to ensure that what is said and done at the Ceremony, civil or religious, is what is wanted. (Not some predone script that means nothing to the couple.) Officiant services are available any day of the week, considering availability.

The “Week Of” Plan – For the couple who has everything already planned out, but wants to have a professional running the show so they can enjoy their special day and let someone else deal with the stress and details

*Initial “Get To Know You” meeting

*Timeline Plan meeting at least one month prior to day of wedding

*Confirm details with all Vendors during the “week of” and confirm delivery of items specified in your contracts.

*Rehearsal Management

*Ceremony Management

*Reception Management

*Ensure that all deliveries are made and correctly placed

*Ensure that all payments/deposits/tips are appropriately made during or after the Wedding.

*Coordinate the return of rental attire

*Coordinate the delivery of the Bride’s dress and/or bouquet to appropriate location for cleaning/preservation as prearranged.

The Whole Plan – For the couple who wants to have professional services involved in every aspect of the wedding planning process and a friend beside them along the way

*Initial “Get To Know You” meeting

*Advisement on all stages of planning

*Vendor Referrals

*Vendor Contract consultation

*Research

*I will attend all Wedding/Vendor related meetings with you

*Budget Planning and Tracking

*Etiquette Guidance

*Assistance with the planning of pre/post Wedding events

*Invitation assembling and mailing

*RSVP Tracking

*Wedding Calendar Tracking

*Wedding apparel assistance

*Wedding related personal shopper

*Wedding license assistance

*Decoration design and execution assistance

*Rehearsal Management

*Ceremony Management

*Reception Management

*Announcement/Thank you assistance

*Coordination of necessary transportation arrangements

*Coordination of necessary lodging arrangements

*Coordinate the return of rental attire

*Coordinate the delivery Bride’s dress and/or bouquet to appropriate location for cleaning/preservation as prearranged.

The Start-Up Plan – For the couple who wants to plan the wedding on their own, but wants some help getting pointed in the right directions.

*Initial “Get To Know You” meeting

*Vendor referrals based on your desires (at least 3 vendor choices in any category)

*Budget creation and planning assistance

*Timeline assistance

*Three one-hour follow up consultations to answer any concerns/questions prior to the Wedding.

The Hourly Plan - For the couple that needs selective help planning their wedding. This will be charged on an hourly basis.
